These terms govern your use of Frameet (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Frameet, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Frameet is currently in beta, which means features are still evolving and some details below will change as the Service grows. We’ll update this page when they do.
1. What Frameet is
Frameet is a marketplace that helps people find and connect with photographers. We provide the tools to make that connection: photographer profiles, search, messaging, booking requests, reviews, and studio listings. That is the whole of what we offer.
Frameet is not a party to any agreement between users. When a client books a photographer, or a photographer rents a studio, that agreement is strictly between those two people. Frameet introduces you and gives you a place to coordinate. We don’t deliver the photography, we don’t provide the studio, and we don’t take part in the deal itself.
2. Accounts
You need an account to book, message, or list services. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
3. Payments
For now, Frameet does not process payments. Prices shown on the Service are set by photographers and studios. Pricing, any deposit, and how and when you pay are arranged directly between the people involved. Frameet never holds, transfers, or handles your money. We plan to add in-app payments through Frameet later; if and when we do, we’ll update these terms before that takes effect.
4. If you’re a client
Sending a booking request is a request, not a confirmed booking, and the photographer chooses whether to accept. Once you’re in touch, you arrange the details, the price, and payment directly with them. Frameet isn’t responsible for whether a photographer shows up, the quality of their work, or any dispute between you. That said, we’re glad to help where we reasonably can, and you can report problems to us.
5. If you’re a photographer
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your profile, packages, and prices, and for delivering the work you agree to with clients. You set your own terms (cancellation, deposits, delivery times) and you’re responsible for honouring them and for meeting any tax and legal obligations that come with your work. You confirm you have the right to use the photos and content you upload. Frameet provides the platform; the relationship with your client is yours.
6. If you’re a studio
Studios on Frameet are rented by photographers, not booked by clients. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your studio listing, photos, equipment, and availability, and for the condition and safety of the space you provide. Rental terms and payment are arranged directly between you and the photographer renting your space. As with every relationship on Frameet, that agreement is between the two of you, and we’re not a party to it.
7. Reviews and content
Reviews should be honest and based on real experiences. Don’t post anything false, abusive, or that infringes someone else’s rights. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give Frameet permission to display it on the Service so it can do its job. We may remove content that breaks these terms or that’s reported and found to be a problem.
8. Acceptable use
Use Frameet honestly and lawfully. Don’t impersonate others, scrape or abuse the platform, try to break its security, or use it to harass anyone or to arrange anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Liability
Frameet is provided “as is” while in beta. We work to keep it useful and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because Frameet only connects people and isn’t part of the agreements made through it, we aren’t liable for the conduct of users or the outcome of any booking or rental, including no-shows, the quality of work, cancellations, or payment disputes. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes and closing your account
You can stop using Frameet and close your account at any time. We may update these terms as the Service evolves; significant changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and your continued use means you accept them. We may also suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of Frameet falls under the jurisdiction of the Armenian courts. This applies wherever you use the Service from.
